Schedule is subject to change depending on Philadelphia’s COVID-19 restrictions. My biggest piece of advice this year: DO ALL YOUR SHOPPING EARLY!
Most orders received before Noon EST Monday through Friday ship the same or following day. Our postal pickup can be as early as 4 PM, so if your order comes in after 3, it will probably wait until the next business day. We don’t ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Wednesday, November 25th through Sunday, November 29th – THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY. OFFICES ARE CLOSED. NO SHIPPING. Orders received during this time will ship on Monday, November 30th and Tuesday, December 1st.
Tuesday, December 15th — LAST DAY TO ORDER FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY. If you live in the Philadelphia area, there’s a chance you could push this a day, but why risk it? I’ve moved up this date for 2020 as delivery systems are especially overwhelmed this year. The United States Post Office has December 18th as the last day to ship First Class for Christmas arrival, but I honestly don’t trust it. Once we ship an order, we will not be responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
To see the Post Office’s estimate for how long it will take a package to reach you, go to https://postcalc.usps.com/ServiceCommitments and enter 19134 as the shipping zip code and your zip code as the mailing zip code. This will show you the USPS’s “expected” delivery day.
Wednesday, December 16th through Friday, December 18th – We will continue to process and ship orders with fingers crossed they arrive before Christmas.
Tuesday, December 22nd through Sunday, January 3rd – CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR’S HOLIDAY. OFFICES ARE CLOSED. NO SHIPPING. Our year-end sale occurs during this time, so stop by and snag some fabulous deals. Stock up on some bags for next Christmas!
Monday, January 4th – Back to the new normal. Happy 2021! Let’s hope it’s better than 2020.
