The ribbons are not attached to the large and jumbo bags to give you lots of options for where to place it for the best presentation. In the product photo, the Santa bag is folded over a shirt box with the ribbon wrapped around the middle while the Snowflakes bag has a taller box with the ribbon wrapped around the top. A storage loop is sewn into the top seams to keep the ribbon safe between uses.
Bags are sewn in Philadelphia. Snowflakes on Red is 100% cotton; Holly & Santa are a poly/cotton blend.
